How do I set up a survey?
To get a survey set up take these simple steps:
- Decide on a color scheme and background by viewing options on the sample survey.
- Send us your survey questions by email or by uploading your questions using the "Get Started" form at the right. Don't forget to tell us the color scheme and background you want.
- We will put your survey questions online and invite you to review it.
- Once you're happy with the result we'll accept payment and make the survey available to your audience. Payments may be made at the survey website: www.sergeantsurveys.com
Once the survey is active, how do I see the results?
We will send you a CSV file containing survey results. (CSV files are easily viewed using Excel or other spreadsheet software).
Can we have our own logo on the survey?
Yes, simply send us a logo image and we'll insert it at the top of your survey.
How will my audience know that a survey is available?
If it is important that survey responses are limited to only people you want to invite then it will be necessary for you to provide us with a list of email addresses so that we can create invitations with appropriate credentials. You should know that we do not use these addresses for any purpose other than notifying them about your survey.
If your survey requirements are less strict then you have the option of contacting your audience yourself with login instructions that we provide.
How long will the survey remain active?
The duration of a survey can be tailored to your needs.
How long will the result remain available?
Survey results remain available for one year, though we can make exceptions if requested.
What is the cost for hosting a survey?
A setup fee of $50 will cover up to 50 questions, 100 responses, and two CSV deliveries. Larger surveys will be priced by the job.
